We’re looking for a skilled, energetic and enthusiastic drum maker to join our growing team at our historic factory in Granville, MA. As the Hardware Manufacturer at Noble & Cooley, you will be a vital part of the Production Team, helping to produce high-quality drums. You will work directly alongside the Manufacturing Manager on a day-to-day basis and will be responsible for leading our custom hardware making efforts.
Responsibilities:
Hardware Fabrication (primary role)
Drum Assembly
Other light manufacturing duties
Hardware inventory management
Packaging & Boxing finished products
Requirements:
Mechanical skills and knowledge of common tools
Friendly, Good Communication skills and a Positive Mindset
Organized and Self-Managed with the ability to multi-task
Solution-oriented and Goal-focused
Industry knowledge & experience – While being a drummer is not a must, it certainly helps to have an in-depth understanding of the product we make and the customers we serve.
Details:
Part-time: 28-32 hours per week
Compensation: $13.50/hr. (negotiable based on relevant work experience)
