This is the last remaining Studio Classic kit in our inventory! The kit was pulled from our warehouse and put together for an enthusiastic customer who never followed through. The drums that make up the set were not originally from the same kit and as a result the shading on the toms varies slightly. Additionally, the bass hoops were painted afterward because the original hoops could not be located.
The kit consists of 10" x 10", 10" x 12", 12" x 14" toms and a 17" x 22" bass drum. The hardware is chrome and all the toms have flanged rims.
The Studio Classics series were built with the idea of offering a high quality kit at a more affordable price. The kits were made from the exact same shells as our CD Maples but offered in a limited assortment of colors and sizes to reduce costs. The kits also used a different, less expensive, tube style lug that saved of the overall cost.
