Larry Scott has been performing with Virgina based artist Patty Dougherty for over a decade. Additionally Larry is a member of the Lenny Marcus Quartet and is a staff member of The Lynchburg Music Education Department.


"The sound is really clean. It doesn't matter whether I tune them high or low or anywhere in between they always sound clean and pure. Also, I can use any head combo I choose. Some drums don't always sound good with certain heads, but with the Cooleys I can find any sound I'm looking for. I'm also very proud to say that I own a Star Series set. I can't tell you how many times I've done gigs and the sound guys always ask if I've got that set. I had a lot of major brands of drums on the market, new and vintage, and I can truly say I've found my sound! -Larry Scott
